Food diary suggestions???
It has been a busy couple of weeks, but thankfully that meant little time to be distracted by food! I am getting caught up on posts and looking forward to seeing how everyone is doing with their challenge!!!
I have kept up the working out and walking, food diary is hard for me to keep up with, does anyone have any suggestions to making it work? I am faithful with keeping it for about three days and then I just start tappering off.. any suggestions would greatly be appreciated!
I am hoping to still make the lunch bunch tomorrow, but I won't make any promises as the kiddo is home with Papa and Grandma today, hopefully he is not coming down with something!!!
I miss you guys.. and any help with ideas on the food journal, I would really, really appreciate!!!
